Lisa is a BACP qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Reiki Master & Teacher and a practitioner of Systemic Constellations, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), ThetaHealing, Reiki Drum & Crystal Singing Bowls.
For the past 20 years, alongside her private practice, Lisa has also worked in various settings providing counselling support, management and consultancy to community services, the NHS, schools and further education establishments.

BSc (Hons) Ost Med DO ND & Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy
Osteopath, structural, cranial, visceral & myofascial approaches
Laura is passionate about osteopathy, healing and supporting her patients on their journey of health and wellbeing.
She trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London, qualifying with a BSc (Hons) in Ostepathic Medicine in 2002. Her interst in cranial and pregnancy, babies and children, led to her completing a two-year training in paediatric osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children, where she obtained a diploma in paediatric osteopathy in 2005.

The Holistica Collective brings together holistic practitioners, retreat hosts, soulful food, conscious spaces and considered wellbeing experiences, all curated with care and integrity.
Alongside this, we offer Holistica treatments in our studio in Andalucía, specialising in nervous system regulation, yoga and sound healing, designed to support a slower, more intentional way of living.
Maria
Maria is a qualified and recognised Doula, Yoga teacher and Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner with a passion to support and guide women before, during and after their pregnancy; assisting and honouring the process of matrescence.
Her offerings include;
Birth and postpartum Doula support, prenatal & postnatal Yoga, breastfeeding support, retreat host, mother blessings, and closing ceremonies.

Grace
Grace is an Accredited NLP practitioner, Human Design reader and certified sound healer.
She blends the science of Neuro-Linguistic Programming with Sound Healing and Human Design insights to help clients create a life of alignment.
With her eight chakra tuned crystal bowls she offers monthly sound healing events at the Eden Mind, Body & Spirit Studios. She also facilitates events, workshops and nurturing 1:1 sessions, helping her clients unearth and release neurological mindset barriers, re-write limiting beliefs and gain clarity on their goals.
